Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure & Termination

Detailed Provisions
1. Use of the Platform

2. Player Funds
Player funds deposited into your jet777 wallet are held in a segregated account separate from jet777's operational funds. This segregation is designed to protect player balances in the event of jet777 ceasing operations, but does not constitute a guarantee of return in all circumstances. jet777 does not pay interest on player balances. Balances that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
All transactions on jet777 are final once confirmed. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, you must notify jet777 customer support within 72 hours of the transaction timestamp. jet777 will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, will correct the account balance accordingly. jet777 is not liable for losses arising from transactions that were not reported within the 72-hour window.
3. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on jet777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the jet777 sportsbook rules section. In general: bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; jet777 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or void bets where there is a reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, odds error, or breach of these Terms; in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability and jet777 accepts no responsibility for delays in live data transmission that may affect in-play betting availability or odds.
For cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the following additional rules apply: in the event of a match being abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result under the relevant competition rules, all bets will be voided and stakes returned; Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are treated as official results for settled bets.
4. Casino & Live Dealer Games
